Arkeion certification levels

A clear indication of your maturity

Not every organisation is at the same stage of resilience. That is why Arkeion Certification offers four levels of recognition that clearly and progressively reflect your degree of preparedness for crises. This gradation allows your stakeholders — customers, insurers, partners, investors — to immediately understand where you stand, and enables you to display a clear path for improvement.

🥉 Bronze – The foundations

This first level validates that your organisation has the essential elements in place to deal with a crisis:

existence of formalised BIA, BCP, DRP and CRP,
initial backup and secure access mechanisms,
minimum continuity governance.

It is recognition that you have taken the first step towards structured resilience.

🥈 Silver – Practical implementation

Beyond documentation, the Silver level confirms that your systems are operational:

your plans are regularly tested and updated,
your backups are verified and restorable,
your critical partners (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) are assessed and integrated into your crisis scenarios,
the first technical badges (security, compliance, personal data) can be validated.

This level demonstrates that resilience is part of your daily practices.

🥇 Gold – Business integration

With the Gold level, resilience becomes an organisational reflex:

your plans are integrated into business processes,
incoming and outgoing sensitive data flows are controlled,
crisis communication is formalised and tested,
your performance indicators (RTO, RPO) are aligned with your strategic objectives.

This level certifies that resilience is not only tested, but also managed as a performance lever.

💎 Diamond – Excellence and anti-fragility

The Diamond level recognises organisational excellence:

resilience governance is cross-functional, from the executive committee to technical teams,
continuous improvement is embedded in the corporate culture,
your practices exceed ISO compliance to strive for antifragility, where each crisis becomes a source of learning,
you play a leading role in your ecosystem, sharing your best practices and serving as a benchmark for your sector.
